Caesar Salad Dressing without Anchovies
Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Light Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 10 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 10 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Mustard
Caesar Salad Dressing Instructions
Mix together, light olive oil (regular olive oil has too strong a flavor) crushed garlic cloves, Worchester sauce (Kroger brand is my favorite), lemon juice (juice from freshly squeezed lemons tastes best), sea salt (I use pink Himalayan), pepper, and dry mustard with an immersion blender. Using an immersion blender will make it come out smoother and creamier. If you don’t have one or in a time crunch, you can add a lid to the container and shake.
We use crispy romaine lettuce as the greens and top with shredded parmesan cheese and croutons. If you want to go extra fancy, add some grilled chicken on top and you have the perfect dinner salad.

P.S. A Note of Encouragement
When was the last time you tended to your heart? Do you feel like it’s soft and tender towards others and life in general, or do you feel like it might be a little calloused from disappointments and wounds? Take some time to sit and ponder where your heart is today.
In order to live life to its fullest, we need to have tender hearts. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23. If everything flows from there, I think we need to take regular inventory of our heart’s posture.
We need you fully healed and whole, and in the game, so to speak. Take some time for yourself today and ponder. Pray about those disappointments and hurts that may have put a scar on your heart. I believe healing and tenderness will return as we surrender the things from our past that have wounded our souls. The key is bringing it before God (talk to Him about the details), surrendering it, and letting Him restore you.
I believe tenderness will return to your heart and you will thrive again. Remember, we need you!
