If you are on the hunt for the cutest of the cute Valentine table decorations, I’d love to share some top trending ideas for how you can style your tablescape and make it burst with love. We will explore centerpiece ideas, table embellishments, stylish Amazon finds, and a word of encouragement so we can walk away from this experience feeling so loved, and empowered to put our best foot forward.
The store shelves were already stocked this year with pink, red, and white hearts even before we sang, “We wish you a Merry Christmas.” Are you a fan? I don’t seem to mind these early changes until we are in the middle of July’s sunshine and blue skies and then see back-to-school items and winter coats on the shelves. That part of the seasonal merchandise shift is NOT my favorite. But, Valentine’s Day décor, I’m down with it. Then again, I love the blogging rhythm so maybe early seasonal planning just comes with the territory. LOL!

Valentine Centerpieces- Ideas and Tips
Charcuterie anything and everything is one of the hottest trends right now. I don’t see them going out of style any time soon. These fun boards can be styled and staged on pretty much anything, and placed anywhere. ❤
I decided to make the centerpiece for our cute Valentine’s table, just that. A charcuterie-tiered-dessert-board. Or, stand! 😉 I added some coordinating foil-wrapped chocolate candies and cookies to make it feel extra festive.
To use a charcuterie board or stand as your centerpiece, all you have to do is pick out some of those cute pink, red, and colored treats and layer them in clusters on the tiers, or your tray. May I suggest using a footed cake platter, if you don’t have something with height so that the yummies can be the focal point on the table?
For ideas beyond a charcuterie centerpiece, here are more trendy options to consider for your sweet Valentine’s Day tablescape.
- Multiple, individual, low-profile vases, filled with florals (click here to see the idea)
- Eucalyptus garland strands with flowers tucked inside
- Coordinating faux floral garland
- Taper candles with their holders tucked into garland strung along the center of the table
- Fresh-cut flowers in a beautiful vase
- Chocolate fountain with accompanied sweet treats to dip
- Tall clear vases filled with florals submerged in water topped with floating candles
- Clear vases filled with Brach’s Conversation Hearts peeking through and flowers spilling out
- Yarn-wrapped topiary trees embellished with heart stickers or lace ribbons
- White milk vases filled with gold or silver sprayed tree branches and heart sticker additions (as leaves)
- Various-sized clear candy jars packed with cute Valentine’s candies
- Large hurricane vase with pillar candle inside surrounded by red, pink, and white candies or sprinkles
Valentine’s Day Place Setting Ideas and Table Embellishments
There are so many ways you can style the place settings on your cute Valentine’s or Galentine’s table. For this one, I was inspired by the placemats. I used the colors within the mats to find everything else that would compliment the feel of whimsical sweetness.
My motto is to start with ONE inspirational item and build your table around that piece. It will help you stay on track with your color scheme as well as the theme of the tablescape.
I added the table runner, dinner and salad plates, linen napkins, water glasses, gold flatware, candle votives, and cake stand stuffed with goodies, to bring some added height to the table. The ribbon on top and heart confetti were little finishing touches. When you can, always add a finishing touch! 🎀

Shop the Post
Even though many of the pieces on this table were bought from Homegoods, I did some Amazon perusing and found similar items, within the color scheme, to help make your searching a wee bit easier. Homegoods is a WONDERFUL place to shop, but not every store is stocked with the same merchandise, so finding these exact items might not be as easy as we hoped it would be. Can I get a witness? LOL!

P.S. Note of Encouragement
I’ve mentioned this before, but it is highlighted in my heart to share again. Keep going! If you have a dream in your heart that has yet to fully bloom into what you desire it to be, keep going.
A very wise person told me one of the secrets to success. She said that those who succeed in life are people who just don’t give up. It sounds so simple, right? But so true!
To get to where you want to be, just keep moving forward. It might not go as fast as you’d like to go, but keep in mind, you are still moving.
Having that inner voice in your mind speaking life and hope will certainly help. That comes from Someone bigger and stronger than ourselves who can carry us to where we need to go.
That inner voice is the kindest one I know. His name is Jesus. He will help you put one foot in front of the other and do things beyond your biggest imagination.
Be encouraged! I believe and declare, your dreams will come true! Just keep listening and keep going.
