In light of the aesthetic style being one of the most popular trends for tween girls these days (at least it is in our home), my Abby decided to add some “aesthetic” gift ideas to her Easter basket wish list. With a little hint of blush pink, a tiny splash of creamy white, and a small smidge of sage green, we are here to share with you the sweetest of pastel-colored tween girl Easter basket ideas, compliments of Abby.

Even though our babies are getting older, they still like to be a part of the Easter festivities. In our home, on Easter Sunday, we always start the day off with an early morning Easter egg hunt. As you can see, Abby found a LOT of eggs.
After the egg hunt comes the basket hunt. They are usually stuffed with goodies that our girls need, as well as a few special items off their wish lists.
Once the baskets are found, our girls like to remove the cellophane at lighting-fast speed to get to the goodies on the inside. After that, we rush off to the races to get ready for church.
Easter is always a day packed with fun. We have egg hunts, enjoy the great outdoors, eat yummy food, celebrate with family, and focus on the reason for the holiday, Jesus. Let me know in the comments how your family celebrates Easter.

Tips on How to Fill an Easter Basket
It’s been 13 years of filling Easter baskets for this momma. I’ve learned how to pack ’em, stuff ’em, and package ’em, all with my bare hands. LOL! There are a few tricks of the trade that I want to pass along to you. Let me know in the comments what you think and if you have more to tips share.
- Start shopping as SOON as you see the Easter items coming out. If you add a few pieces each week, it will feel less stressful and be easier on the monthly budget.
- Easter grass! When my girls were little, I knew that the Easter grass would not stay in the baskets, and go everywhere, so I’ve always opted not to use it. But if it works well for you and your family, I say go for it.
- Make Easter baskets practical by adding in things your kids NEED for the spring and summer seasons. You can stock them with shorts, tee shirts, flip flops, swimsuits, and water shoes. Any way you can save on money and double your resourses as presents is a HUGE win!
- When layering the gifts into your basket, it’s best to place the larger pieces on the bottom, towards the back, and the smaller items on top. This helps so you can see ALL of the goodies peeking through the cellophane.
- Money Saving Tip- Don’t underestimate the power of Dollar Tree. This is where I always get my cellophane gift wrap and bags for my girl’s Easter baskets. You can also find super cute plastic eggs, candies, goodies, and gifts to help fill in any gaps.
- Another Money Saving Tip- Last but not least, shop at places like Target’s dollar spot, Big Lots, Ollies, Aldi, and Walmart to make your money stretch a little further.

Thank you for joining me as we looked at some fun tween-girl Easter basket ideas. I believe you will create the best basket for your sweet girl. All the while keeping things cost-effective, practical, and filling her love tank.
P.S. Note of Encouragement
Take today as it comes, and focus on maintaining a posture of rest. I have the urge, many times, to strive when it comes to seeing the dreams in my heart come to life. I feel like the Lord continues to remind me to stop pushing forward in my own strength and rely on His. He will make things happen in His timing. What I need to focus on is staying peaceful in my heart, working hard, and doing my best.
I want to echo this same concept to you. You may have big dreams in your heart that you want to see come to pass. If you do, we are in the same boat. To get there, we have to be intentional and focus on today, just today, take one step at a time, work diligently, and rest while God puts all of the puzzle pieces together.
I’m preaching to the choir right now. Maybe we can learn and grow in this process together. Be encouraged, my friend. You will get there. It will come. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and stay at peace in the process. ❤

You shared so many great ideas. Easter is usually church service and having lunch with our family. Afterwards we have an Easter egg hunt outside (weather permitting).
