Easy Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Embellishments
Depending on the occasion and whether the cookies last long enough to make it onto a platter, numerous fun ways exist to enhance these delicious treats. I prefer making my chocolate chocolate chip cookies sizable, roughly the size of a golf ball, so they bake into palm-sized delights. You can elevate larger cookies to a “Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory” style, transforming a simple chocolate chip cookie into a gourmet masterpiece.
Donât get me wrong, the Kirkland chocolate chip cookie recipe is PERFECT just as it is. But, if you want to go a little extra fancy and make them look more robust, you can add a few toppings and make yours look similar to how we decorated ours.

To apply the delicious toppings and make them adhere to the cookie, you’ll need to melt the chocolate candy, dip your cooled cookie in it, and then sprinkle on the goodies. You can create a zig-zag pattern with the melted chocolate by using a frosting bag or a simple Ziploc bag. Just snip the corner and get creative with your frosting design.
Hereâs one more for you. You can smear on the frosting and add toppings on the flat sides of a cookies, and then scoop in your favorite ice cream to create the best ice cream sandwich you ever did eat. Bon appetite!

Quick Back Story about the Chocolate Chip Cookies
The story behind these delicious cookies was to make them for my favorite real estate team on the planet, Randy Miller Homes. They go over and above the call of duty, time and time again. I have NEVER met anyone like him, his wife Jennifer, or his team. When I say they care, they truly DO CARE and treat everyone they meet, like family.
They deserved to have a sweet treat special delivery brought to their office because of how often they do the very same thing for others. I count it a privilege to have them in my life.
If you need an amazing real estate team from the Metro Detroit area, please feel free to click here and ask Randy how he can help sell your home. You wonât be disappointed!

P.S. A Note of Encouragement
Do something that will make you smile today. Take a moment to think about what that might be. Is it making cookies for a friend to brighten their day? Maybe it’s starting a project you have been wanting to tackle for a while. Or, it could be taking a long walk and talking to God about life and what is to come.
Whatever it is that will bring joy to your heart today, even if itâs something super small, you are worth it. So many times, we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day and forget to have a minute to do something for ourselves.
Let me encourage you to savor the minutes we are given today. Do something that will make your heart sing EVERY SINGLE DAY because life is too short not to. And, know that God loves you and has called you for such as time as this, to be alive, enjoying, and thriving in life.
