3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs

16 Ounces White Chocolate
Crushed Candy Canes
Fine Red Sprinkles
Chocolate Chip Cookies Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Bake for 11-12 minutes.
Combine the (room temperature) butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; mix well. Then add the eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour with an electric mixer. Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula until well distributed.
Scoop cookie dough with an ice cream scoop onto parchment-lined baking sheets or roll them to your preferred size. Using the ice cream scoop will result in larger cookies, providing a bigger “wow” factor for your guests to enjoy.
Bake at 325° for 11-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool before dipping.
Melt the white chocolate and pour it into a deep bowl for dipping. Dip one side of a cookie, scraping off any excess chocolate on the side of the bowl or with a spoon when removing the cookie. Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for quick drying/hardening of the chocolate.
After the white chocolate on the cookies has dried, pour the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag or Ziploc bag. Cut a very small tip and create a zig-zag pattern with the white chocolate across the side of the cookies covered in melted chocolate. Then, sprinkle the crushed candy cane and red sprinkles onto the “still wet” zig-zag chocolate drizzle.
Allow the white chocolate to dry once more before layering onto a cookie platter. Serve and enjoy these special and unique Christmas cookies!
